Artist Bio: Asher Yeo is a freelance illustrator, tattoo artist, writer and mythology nerd based in Singapore.

A lover of eyes, impossible biology and tales of metamorphosis and transformation, she gains inspiration from the stories people tell and the way these are catalogued in their respective cultures.

Artwork Description: Parami was originally the peaceful guardian of an island in Southeast Asian seas before the Holocene forced her out. Despite learning how to peacefully exist within society, her loyalties lie with the land and the magic contained within. Her hands are bastions to wreak destruction upon the land, as well as craft, weave and explore her land and its people. In battles, she’s often called in for healing. Her elemental destructive powers can run rampant. She’s gained a soft spot for the human and superhero charges on her land and the technology and stories they’ve brought with them.
